"Our classes offer a contemporary approach to classical Pilates, providing thoughtful modifications to support and empower each body."
Reformer Open Level (max 5 participants)
The Reformer is the most well-known and widely used Pilates apparatus—and for good reason. Featuring a gliding carriage, adjustable springs, and a footbar, the Reformer delivers smooth, full-body resistance that challenges strength, flexibility, and control. Whether you’re new to Pilates or experienced, this dynamic and supportive workout meets you where you are.
Tower/Mat (max 5 participants)
This class is centered around the Pilates Tower, an apparatus that incorporates spring-loaded push-through and roll-down bars, as well as leg and arm springs, to promote deep core activation and controlled strength work. The Tower’s vertical design makes it excellent for spinal articulation, stability training, and restoring functional movement patterns while providing a stable surface. It is especially beneficial for those recovering from injury or seeking slower, more focused conditioning.
Reformer Essentials (max 5 participants)
Build your foundation! This beginner-friendly class focuses on core Pilates principles, proper alignment, and controlled movement. It’s ideal for those new to the reformer or returning to Pilates after time away and looking to refresh their practice. You’ll move at a steady, supportive pace while becoming familiar with the reformer apparatus and key exercises. Perfect for establishing a strong, confident base before progressing to more dynamic classes.
Reformer & Jumpboard (max 5 participants)
This energizing class uses the jumpboard attachment on the reformer to bring a cardio boost to your Pilates practice—without the impact of traditional jumping. You’ll move through dynamic, flowing sequences that challenge your core, build lower body strength, and improve coordination and stamina. Expect a fun, full-body workout that gets your heart rate up while staying gentle on the joints. This class is not suitable for pre/postnatal participants or those prone to injuries. A minimum of two reformer group classes recommended before attending this class.
Mat & Props (max 7 participants)
Join our invigorating Pilates mat class designed to enhance your core strength and elongate your physique. Utilizing a variety of small props, including magic circles, resistance bands, and light weights, this class focuses on proper alignment and engaging your muscles for maximum effectiveness. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, you'll find the perfect blend of challenge and support to elevate your practice.
