Offering Private Sessions & Small Size Group Classes.
At Somata Pilates, we understand that everyone’s fitness goals and needs are different, hence we offer private sessions and a wide variety of small-sized group classes to suit your needs. We provide the choice of drop-in classes and a range of packages to choose from, so you can find the option that best meets your budget and fitness goals. If you’re a new client, take advantage of our introductory offers.
Keeping our group classes at a small size (up to 4 participants) allows us to connect with all clients on a deeper level working directly towards their goals and ideals!
Private Session
Private sessions are the best way to address each client’s needs, goals, and previous injuries. In-studio sessions are 50 minutes in length and consist of a combination of apparatus and mat- work.
Small Group Reformer Class (max 4 participants)
Reformer class offering a contemporary approach to Joseph Pilates' classical principals. Detailed, controlled movements in this class improve flexibility, build strength and develop control and endurance throughout your body. Emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. These classes are challenging and provide a great workout while being suitable for students of all levels and abilities.
Reformer: Glutes & Abs (max 4 participants)
Sculpt your core and glutes with our high-energy Reformer Glutes and Abs class! Using the Reformer and props, this dynamic workout targets key muscle groups for maximum strength and stability. Get ready to feel the burn and see the results! This class is not suitable for pre/postnatal, or injury prone students.
Reformer/Jump-Board (max 4 participants)
This class uses a jump-board to add some short but intense jumping intervals to safely increase your heart rate with particular emphasis on stabilizing your joints and strengthening your core. Jump-board classes are fun, energetic, challenging and come with a huge range of benefits. This class is not suitable for pre/postnatal, or injury prone students. A minimum of 3 reformer group classes required prior to attending this class.
