All participants must be at least 18 years of age.

Private sessions and group classes are 45 minutes long and available by appointment only.

Please avoid clothing and jewelry that might damage the apparatus' upholstery. 

Shoes and barefoot are not allowed on apparatus. Please wear socks preferable with bottom grips. If you forget to bring socks you can purchase at the studio for $10. 

We provide small group classes to ensure personalized attention for each participant. Because of our limited capacity, we require a 24-hour notice for any changes. Appointments missed or altered without this notice will be forfeited in full.

All sales are final; classes are not transferable. 

We offer 4-class and 8-class packages, both valid for one month from the date of purchase. We also offer a 12-class package, valid for two months from the date of purchase. Before purchasing a group class or private session package, please ensure you can use the classes/sessions within this timeframe. Extensions will only be granted for medical reasons.

A credit card transaction fee will be added at checkout. To avoid this fee, you may choose to pay using a debit card or bank account.
